Hill climber for sure! I mean a hill too. 224 kg, this scooter pulled me out of a very steep path to a slow but steady pace. about apartments, this thing moves! Definitely wear a helmet, and would not recommend it to anyone leaving drive this scooter without having them sign a disclaimer-LOL.
